March Madness Blog Hop 16-20

All you have to do to enter the
March Madness
GRAND PRIZE
is to fill in

And that's not all...
Clean Indie Reads is having a
Book Sale
Don't miss this wonderful opportunity
to acquire lots more wonderful books.

How did we get to the middle of March so quickly? The long dark nights are peeling away, the sun is warm enough to counter the brink and often bitter winds we get here at this time of year. Then I look out onto my garden and see the spring flowers gifting me with their beauty and my heart settles.

The winter may gift me long evenings when I can settle down with my favourite book of the moment, but spring brings with it a promise. One you can make what you wish of it. Perhaps it's that special holiday you've been saving up for, or friends and family are visiting you...

I love my garden, whether I'm working in it, or just sitting and enjoying it, especially if I have a book with me.

Hey Sherry, I'm with you on loving Spring. It settles my heart too. Amazing how much life comes with the sunshine! Hope you'll get to enjoy your garden soon. And some really great books. :) I've picked up several during this sale. Can't wait to start diving into them.

Thanks for coming by Crystal, and I'm sure you'll love the books you've bought, too. I love your description of Spring and how 'it settles your heart'. That's beautifully put :-)

I love your photos, and I'm so envious of your gardening abilities. I have to just enjoy them and not touch! Hope you're enjoying the blog hop.

Great Blog! I love spring and all the new life it brings. I am glad to see the snow melt away and the spring flowers sprout new life. (I love your covers BTW)

At this point, I'm wondering if spring will ever arrive in Arkansas! Sunshine/warm/rain/chilly/something different almost every day! But I, too, love being outside with my Kindle or a "real" book.

Melissa, thanks for coming by and your kind words. I have been very lucky that some very talented artists have been tasked with providing my book covers:-)
I do find it hard to come to terms that part of the States is basking in really warm sunny days while the rest is still snowed in.

:-) Melanie. I agree I love the promise of spring. I treated myself to a sack of daffodils(on special offer because it was so late in the season to plant them) and look forward to fully enjoying them next year.
Thanks for coming by.

The Word Place I sit here in the UK and read half of your country talking about what would be top summer temperatures now and the rest of you talking about snow and ice, and keep telling myself not to moan about our weather, but I keep forgetting :-)
Thanks for coming by.
